MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Maintenance contract – Bronze Pack
For preventive and curative maintenance of the Bronze Pack, we work on call from the customer.
No fixed times are included in DKN-Technology’s schedule.
The Bronze Pack maintenance contract requires you to pay a one-off cost per year of €150 excluding VAT..
Preventive maintenance includes the following activities:
- Checking and adjusting the technical functionality of the device.
- Cleaning the device.
- Repairs focused on safety during exercise.
Curative maintenance includes the following:
- Repair of defects on the device that prevent its adequate functioning.
- Replacement of parts in consultation with and after customer approval.
Rates (excluding VAT) for this maintenance contract are as follows:
- €70.00 call-out fee.
- €69.95 per hour of labour.
- Cost of replacement parts as per quote.
The duration of this maintenance contract is set equal to the chosen renting term.
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
- Diagnosis and preventive maintenance after making an appointment are carried out within 10 days.
- Curative maintenance depends on the availability of spare parts.
All devices supplied by DKN-Technology are covered by the EU warranty period of 2 years.
Faults caused by abnormal wear, deliberate damage or work by third parties cannot be recovered from DKN-Technology.
Rates for the Bronze Pack are as follows:
- €150 excluding VAT per year.
Maintenance contract – Silver Pack
For the Silver Pack, preventive maintenance is performed at two fixed times per year, scheduled annually by DKN-Technology.
The Silver Pack maintenance contract requires you to pay a one-off cost per year of €600 excluding VAT.
Preventive maintenance includes the following activities:
- Checking and adjusting the technical functionality of the appliance.
- Cleaning of the appliance.
- Repairs aimed at safety during training.
Curative maintenance includes the following:
- Repair of defects on the device that prevent its adequate functioning.
- Replacement of parts in consultation with and after approval by the customer
Rates (excluding VAT) for this maintenance contract are as follows:
- €600 per year for preventive maintenance twice (for the appliances offered).
- Costs for repairs, including spare parts and labour, are charged separately and require a pre-approved quote.
The duration of this maintenance contract is set equal to the chosen renting term.
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
- Diagnosis and preventive maintenance after making an appointment are carried out within 10 days.

Maintenance contract – Gold Pack
For the Gold Pack, preventive maintenance is performed at two fixed times per year, scheduled annually by DKN-Technology.
The Gold Pack maintenance contract requires you to pay a one-off cost per year of €1000 excluding VAT.
Preventive maintenance includes the following activities:
- Checking the technical functionality of the device.
- Cleaning of the appliance.
- Repairs focused on safety during exercise.
Curative maintenance includes the following:
- Repair of defects on the device that prevent its adequate functioning.
- Replacement of parts.
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
- A maximum of 1 week after reporting a malfunction, a service technician will arrive on site.
- A maximum of 2 weeks after notification, the unit should be operational again.
Not applicable after making an appointment outside the above deadlines.
Replacement device:
When deploying a replacement device, DKN-Technology distinguishes between two types of failures:
A. Critical faults:
Faults in which the operation of the appliance is wholly or substantially impaired, rendering the appliance unsafe to use or causing significant inconvenience to users that prevents the use of the appliance.
B. Non-critical faults:
Failures in which the operation of the device is only partially disrupted. The device can still be used safely and does not significantly affect the user’s final training result.
All devices supplied by DKN-Technology are covered by the EU warranty period of 2 years.
Faults caused by abnormal wear, deliberate damage or work by third parties cannot be recovered from DKN-Technology.
If DKN-Technology is unable to repair a critical fault within 3 weeks of notification, a replacement device of a similar nature will be provided during the period of inactivity of the device to be repaired.
The duration of this maintenance contract is equal to the chosen renting period. At the end of this period, the price should be reviewed or the contract can be reconfirmed.
Rates for the Gold Pack are as follows:
- 1 to 10 devices: €1000 excluding VAT per year.
Maintenance contract – Diamond Pack
For the Diamond Pack, preventive maintenance is performed at two fixed times per year, scheduled annually by DKN-Technology.
The Diamond Pack maintenance contract requires you to pay a one-off cost per year of €2000 excluding VAT.
Preventive maintenance includes the following activities:
- Checking the technical functionality of the device.
- Cleaning of the appliance.
- Repairs focused on safety during exercise.
Curative maintenance includes the following:
- Repair of defects on the device that prevent its adequate functioning.
- Replacement of parts.
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
