Ordering

An order is only final when all steps in the ordering process have been completed and you have received an order confirmation from us in your mailbox.

In the final phase of the ordering process you can enter a discount code in the designated field. The discount is immediately applied to your order. Contact us if you experience problems applying your discount code.

You can order worldwide, all global orders are being shipped from our Belgian warehouses.

Please contact us if your destination country is not listed.

You must receive an order confirmation in your mailbox within 15 minutes. Always check your unwanted mail folder. Contact us if you have not received an email with your order confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver your shipment to the delivery address of your choice with our chosen transport partner. The applicable shipping costs are calculated in the checkout.

By default, your order will be shipped to the billing address stated in the checkout. If you wish to receive your package at an alternative address, you can enter this in the field provided during checkout.

For all orders up to 15 kg you will automatically receive a track & trace link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. For shipments with a larger weight, our customer service will provide you with this tracking information manually.

In the overview below you will find the expected delivery times. We process your order within 48 hours, after which your package is picked up by the shipping service.

Returns

Provided the items are still in their original condition (including hang tags, unworn, washed or touched up), goods purchased online can be returned within 14 days. Items that are returned with make-up stains or perfume smell will NOT be accepted.

You can return your order via this link or the last email (with your track & trace code). Print your return label and stick it on the package. Take your package to the right service point and you’re done.

Reimbursement will take place within 14 days after receipt, inspection and acceptance of your return shipment. We will refund the amount to the account you paid with. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

These conditions are only valid for packages under 15 kg.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your order in full or partially.

You will receive an email from us when we have received and processed the return. Orders placed with a gift voucher are non-refundable, in this case you will receive a new gift voucher from us worth the refund of the product.
