When you buy something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us:

All web communications are carried out via an SSL connection to secure all data (addresses, order details, payment details, etc.)

• Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is an encrypted connection that secures communication over the Internet. You can check whether you are in a secure zone based on several factors. All browsers with SSL compatibility show a symbol when operating in protected mode. Moreover, in a secure zone, the beginning of the URL changes from ‘HTTP’ to ‘HTTPS’, which means that the SSL protocol is used for communication with the server.
• Your bank account number is used only in case of a possible refund.
• Credit card payments are only made in accordance with the SSL protocol.
• We have no access to your credit card data and only receive a payment confirmation.
• Your personal data are stored in ‘Your account’. You, and you only have access to your login. We do not have access to the contents of your account. Only you can delete all personal data.

Your personal data is stored in a secure database. We have implemented reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure.

• You can always call or e -mail us (see seller’s identity).
• Legal documents (such as delivery notes, invoices, etc …) are kept in accordance with the relevant legislation.
• We only keep details of your orders to help you faster if necessary.
• Your personal details are stored in your ‘account’. You, and you alone, have a ‘login’ to this data. We have no access to the contents of your account.
